Parambithara Bridge is an old 600-metre long bridge which connects Thevara and
Cochin Port hence offers great connectivity to places like Thoppumpady, Fort
Kochi etc. It is often locally called U P bridge as it was built by the UP
State Bridge Construction Corporation. Since the view from the bridge is quite
spectacular people often choose the footpath for morning and evening walks.
