At the end of the road of Thevara is the Thevara Ferry which
is not a tourist destination in itself but is a very beautiful place and hence
recommended. Frequent boats form links between Thevara and places like Nettoor.
There is a small waiting shed for people to wait for the ferry service. This is
also the last stop of buses plying with the destination boards saying thevara
ferry. There are several small shops nearby where you can also get delicious
snacks to eat while waiting for boats, buses or while just enjoying the beauty
of the place. Since cool breeze run here, one does not feel tired or clampy.
