Durbar Hall Art Gallery

Location: Durbar Hall Ground, Opposite TDM Hall, Ernakulam South
The property on which the building lies once belonged to the Maharaja of Cochin and has been witness to some important historical events. The Maharaja used to hold his durbar inside the building and his people would assemble on the spacious ground outside. The Durbar hall art gallery is currently operated by Kerala Lalitha Kala Akademy and does not have any permanent exhibit but one can find Installations and exhibits from various artists in the gallery during most time of the year. Entrance is usually free. There is a well-maintained space for parking. Parking fee will be levied.
